The house has a large open-plan living area comprising kitchen, dining area and comfortable seating for ten to twelve around a wood-burning stove. French windows in the living area lead onto a covered verandah with fantastic views.

A covered gallery links the living area to the ground floor bedrooms. There are two double and two twin bedrooms, and two bathrooms. One bedroom and one bathroom are adapted for use by wheelchair users.

On the lower ground floor, which is reached by an external staircase, there are two further bedrooms; a double with additional child's bed and en-suite shower room and a further twin-bedded room with adjoining bathroom.

Both the ground floor and lower ground floor rooms open onto an enclosed garden formed from the old farmyard.

The 10m x 5m pool is set about thirty metres from the house in its own large, securely fenced pool enclosure. There is ample pool furniture and a solar-powered shower.

The farm, with its terraces, mountain stream and wilderness area, is completely unspoilt. We try not to use chemicals anywhere on the farm and, as a result, the environment is rich in bird life, butterflies and wild flowers.

The majority of the fruit trees are cherries end chestnuts, but there are also apples, figs, pears, apricots, walnuts and vines.
